You, my child, shall be called the prophet of the Most High,

Michael was baptized in the Log Chapel at the University of Notre Dame.
The Log Chapel represents the actual beginings of the University.
This chapel was the first home to Notre Dame's founder, Father Edward Sorin.
The original building burnt down in 1856 and this exact replica was built in 1906.
Time to get dressed, or as scripture says,
we must put on Christ.
All dressed and ready for Jesus.
Colin, Michael's godfather, tunes his guitar
for the opening song.
We baptize you in the name of the Father,
the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Family and friends extend their hands in blessing over
Michael and his parents.
Fr. Bill Lies, CSC, presided over the baptism.
Sarah and Colin Huie are Michael's godparents.
They are friends from Notre Dame and live in Chicago
and, as Colin says, "promise to try and keep
Michael from going to hell."
